If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic NHS Partnerships team at Clinical Partners, a leading mental health service provider.

In this pivotal role, youll be the backbone of our team, providing comprehensive support to drive our mission of delivering exceptional mental health care. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, allowing us to focus on strategic growth and innovation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, pipeline trackers, and project documentation.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update documentation, such as presentations, sales sheets and contracts.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations summarising activities and results for management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years minimum administration experience.
- Experience of working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience in a fast-growing company where adaptability is common place.

**Remuneration and Benefits**:
This role is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel to attend departmental and NHS meetings.
