**Bar Team Member** Bar Team Member - Cabin Bar - Bristol Airport - **£1000 Joining & Retention Bonus**

**Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be **18 years of age or over** **to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.**

**From Monday 1st August, take advantage of free travel on the A1 and A3 Airport Flayer bus service. Simply show your ID pass.**

**Now we pay more **Everyone regardless of age starts on **£11.07 **per hour.

But...we can give you more
- **£500 joining bonus**:

- For our early birds You will earn an extra **£4** per hour for hours worked between **12am and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.07** per hour
- Additionally, when you start before 6am you will also earn an extra **£1.20** per hour for the remainder of that shift
- Earn up to **£150 service** charge/tips per month

**During summer period** (26th May - 31st August) we are introducing fantastic schemes for all hourly paid colleagues and Managers (T&C apply)
- **£500** retention payment
- **£5** extra per hour for all hours worked over 30h
