**Practice Manager???????**

**We are looking for a Part-Time (3 days per week) practice manager to join our friendly and experienced team in our busy 4-surgery Site. The practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments and has a core steady team.**

**Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in retail and hospitality.**

Full training provided by your Area Manager, in-house training, and support center services.

**As a Practice Manager, your role will include**:

- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
