We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to maintain a stunning family home on a beautiful Cotswold estate near Cirencester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun yet professional team in a newly refurbished property that serves as the family's second home. The family divides their time between the UK and the US, and the estate is also used for guest and client entertaining. The role is 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday but some weekends are required when the family are in residence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the highest level of housekeeping standards across the entire property, including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining all areas to perfection.
- Prepare the home for family visits, ensuring everything is in immaculate order and ready for relaxation and enjoyment.
- Meticulous eye for detail ensuring all furniture and personal effects are cared for and preserved appropriately, including antiques, artwork, and other valuable items.
- Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and care for fine fabrics and furnishings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Welcome and interact confidently with guests, providing discreet and attentive service in a polished, professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and hosting of informal and formal gatherings, ensuring the family’s and guests' needs are anticipated and met.

What we’re looking for:

- A background in luxury hotels or high-end private households is highly desirable.
- Be fit, healthy, trustworthy and reliable
- Proven track record of longevity in your previous roles with excellent references
- Confidence in front of guests and the ability to work well under pressure during periods of entertaining.
- A bright, happy, and naturally positive individual who enjoys creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere in an informal yet refined environment.
- Someone who takes pride in their work, is extremely organised, and enjoys focusing on the finer details of hospitality.
- To be able to work as part of a young team in a lovely environment.

Start Date: Immediate

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00-£23.00 per hour

- Yearly bonus
