**The Role**:
As an Events Co-ordinator, you will report directly to the Events Manager and ensure all information is passed to the operational team

We are looking for an experienced Conference & Events Sales co-ordinator to have excellent communication skills and to be able to handle C&E enquiries and client relationships.

You will be responsible for dealing with incoming conference & event enquiries; show arounds; contracting; administration and managing client relationships including corporate as well as agency.

You will carry out show rounds at the hotel as required

Input booking details and relevant revenue information onto our in house electronic system.

Follow up on required deposits and compile in-house event files to include contracts and up to date event details.

Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

Start date as soon as possible

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
