**The Role**:
The overall aim of the Public Sector Tuition Co-ordinator is to provide and promote a quality and comprehensive service to our clients by responding to all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally, thereby providing the best tutor match for our client'srequirements within a
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop rapport between new and existing clients to optimise business growth
- To liaise effectively with our local government, school or corporate contacts and provide regular and timely communication to each client, including updates on progress of tutor selection, placements, follow-up and feedback.
- Identify detailed requirements of each student referral to ensure maximum information is available to enable selection of the ideal tutor for each individual student.
- Create, populate and monitor accurate client/tutor records on Fleet Tutor's internal database, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and with adherence to data protection and child protection legislation, guidelines and good practice.
- Communicate client requirements to tutors during the selection and placement process making use of all available communication methods, and record all information on Fleet Tutor's internal database in line with company policies and procedures.
- To keep all relevant internal parties informed of changes and progress relating to tutors and clients in particularly with the Service Delivery Manager and Tutor Recruitment Team.
- Record all feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures, and with adherence to data protection and child protection legislation, guidelines and good practice.
- Transfer incoming enquiries to the relevant person/department
- Attend and participate at internal meetings/training with other company members to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedure in particular health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
**Person Specification**:
- Previous experience within customer service is essential, with an emphasis on client management
- IT proficient and literate, with the flexibility needed to learn and adapt to new system requirements as necessary
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Initiative and drive to deliver well-articulated solutions
- Ability to multi task effectively in addition to strong active listening skills
