Pertemps Exeter are seeking our next recruiting dynamo to join us in our team based in Marsh Barton.
In line with our growth plans we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to take over a very warm HGV driving desk and grow it further.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps you will receive the following:

- Base salary £22,000 - £25,000
- Uncapped commission on all the money you bill
- Access to full training from day one
- Guidance and mentoring from your manager
- Recruitment and Employment Confederation training
- Eligibility to purchase shares in the company (following qualifying period)
- Company car (dependent on level and experience)
- 24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays)
- Free Parking
In your role of a Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in the following duties:

- Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts.
- Developing your business - with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and managing temporary workers.
- Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and resolving issues if the arise.
- Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships.
