Pharmacy Apprentice

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to start a career in the Healthcare Service. We are a small independent pharmacy near Rochdale.

We are looking for an an individual who has great initiative and is a keen learner.

Duties will include:

- Ordering and issuing stock in the pharmacy
- Receiving, storing, maintaining stock in the pharmacy
- Preparation, assembly of medicinal products
- Selling over the counter medicines in the pharmacy
- Processing a prescription
- Assembling prescriptions safely
- Assisting with the sale of medicines and products
- Receiving prescriptions from individuals
- Ordering, receiving, maintaining of pharmaceutical stock
- Assembling, assisting with the of prescribed items.
- Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries

Qualifications Required
- Minimum - 5 GCSE A-C including English and Maths.

Full Training will be provided. You will be enrolled onto a Pharmacy Assistant learning programme.

Immediate start available.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £6.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
