We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Sales and Marketing Coordinator on a part time basis** to join our friendly head office team based at our Taff’s Well Offices. This role would suit someone who is driven, passionate and enthusiastic with some previous marketing and sales experience. We are keen to find someone who strives to get results and can support in increasing brand awareness.

**What you will be doing?**

As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will help the business to develop and maintain sales opportunities, alongside promoting brand awareness through various marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities will involve but not limited to**
- Supporting our team with marketing activities such as posting on various social media channels.
- Managing the company’s social media pages
- Creation of weekly newsletters/bulletins
- Increasing brand awareness through marketing activity
- Putting together reports on sales/marketing data to present to the CEO for review (weekly/monthly)
- Dealing with all inbound sales enquiries
- Building a client base and contacting new clients to increase sales opportunities.
- Working closely with both our internal and external customers

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working in a similar marketing or sales role
- Good knowledge of social media channels, able to utilise Facebook etc
- Ability to gather data and present reports
- Detail orientated
- Good customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.30-£12.50 per hour
