**Level 3 Teaching Assistant Wanted**

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the class teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Provide individual and small group support to children with additional needs
- Monitor and record progress of children in the group
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals
- Attend and participate in meetings and training as required

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with additional needs in a specialist setting
- Strong understanding of SEND and the needs of children with additional needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
