**Position: Office Cleaner**

**Salary: £9.50 per hour**
**Start Date: Immediate**
**Hours per week: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:00**
**Location: Llanelli, SA14 9SB**

**Job Purpose**:

- To deliver contractual obligations in accordance with client expectations.
- To be proactive & reactive to the Health & Safety of the team and others on site.

**Accountabilities**:

- Confirm all equipment required is safe to use prior to task commencing.
- Partake in audits and any follow up actions if required.
- Regular communication with Supervisor to guarantee smooth operation and contract delivery.
- Maintain all data capturing documents that evidence achievements and actions taken.
- Provide cover (when available) for any operational gaps to maintain contract delivery.
- To partake in toolbox talks for training purposes.
- Have an understanding of guidelines set out in the MSS Group Company Handbook.
- To assist in the training of any new starters to achieve a competent standard of work.
- To present yourself in a professional and approachable manner at all times.
- Understanding of risk assessments prior to commencing any tasks.
- Ensure any shortfalls or deficiencies in risk assessments are immediately rectified and maintained.
- Ensure any hazardous substances used are stored, transported, and handled in accordance with its COSHH assessment.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety regulations and site requirements.
- Report hazards and escalate any Health & Safety concerns when required.
- Complying with all PPE levels as required.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Audit results (on re-audit) - 60% minimum
- Adherence to area’s contracted hours
- Wearing of full uniform and required PPE

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llanelli: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Health and Safety: 1 year (preferred)
- COSHH knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
