Cosmetic Surgery Booking Co-ordinator

Salary £22,000 - OTE £27,000

Our established and expanding client in Manchester City Centre are looking for Booking Co-ordinator's to join their leading Cosmetic Surgery company.

You would be joining them in their amazing modern offices right in the City Centre, where they have weekly socials, a friendly membership team and plenty of four-legged friends. Do you want to join a company that offer yoga Monday's, pizza Thursday's and unlimited coffee?

They are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and determined individual who is looking for a diverse and exciting role helping patients make life changing decisions. You will be experienced within customer service whether that be on the phone or face to face, as you will be handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who want to book appointments for cosmetic procedures.

The role:

- Making outbound calls
- Passing enquiries along to the team for bookings
- Follow up with enquiries & lead multiple times in order to maximise the number of appointments and ultimately procedures booked
- Build rapport with patients
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered and the skillset of each individual surgeon.
- Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business.

Hours: Full time - shift work between (7.5 hour days between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 3pm 1 to 2 Saturdays per month)
- Late shifts can be worked from home, all equipment will be provided.
