**Service Reservations Advisor (Trainee or Experienced)**

We are looking for a warm, caring person to start the customer's journey with ease and generate a memorable experience, leaving a customer 100% satisfied. Good progression prospects at this Main Dealership that can offer world-class training.

Experience working in a Car dealership is desired however this can be trained if you have good Customer Service Skills.
- Friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking customers' vehicles.
- Understanding customer's requirements and recording information accurately
- Have good listening skills and be a strong communicator.
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Enthusiastic and flexible
- Supporting others when necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Liaise with the parts department.
- Preparing customer's paperwork in advance to create a smooth journey

**Working Days/ Hours & Benefits**
- Hours:

- Monday to Friday 8-6pm
- Saturdays only
- 1 in 4, half days 8.30am-1:00pm
- Remuneration:

- Good Basic Salary, starting at £24,000
- Plus Excellent up-sell commissions, Circa £7,000 pa(uncapped)
