**Store Manager | Driffield Area | Salary up to £27,000**

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a**Store Manager** for a food retailer based around the Driffield area. The retailer is expanding, opening new stores and driving forward. We are looking for a Store Manager thathas high merchandising standards and can develop a team to drive customer service at all times.

To be our clients new**Store Manager**, you will be a hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customerservice

You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven Store Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.

**As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Profit protection and stock management
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £25,000-£27,000 plus bonuses, which is reviewed throughout your career. A realistic earning potential of over £32k is there for you to achieve with hard work and success. Please note, dueto locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
