Dental Receptionist

**Darwenside Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly well-established team, in Darwen, Lancashire.**

**The role will include**
- Greeting patients
- Registering new patients
- Assisting patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Utilising and updating systems as necessary
- Working in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Answering and manage incoming calls in a friendly, helpful manner
- Responding to information requests
- Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with practice policy
- Offering sundry healthcare products to patients giving advice where necessary in accordance with practice policy and with recommendations from clinical staff

**What we’re looking for**
- Outstanding organisational skills, with an ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Experience in a customer facing role

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Dental Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
