We have a fantastic new Part Time Temporary Communications Executive role working for our Bristol based client.

**The role**

The role will be for 6-8 weeks and will be working three days a week. Reporting in the Head of HR & OD duties will include:

- Maintaining the company’s website and social media sites, ensuring content is up to date and relevant
- Contributing to and participating in social media activities e.g. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Coordinating the preparation and delivery of the organisation’s customer newsletter and other publications for external stakeholders
- Disseminate organisational performance data and ensure this data is accessible and available to other stakeholders
- Actively research new ideas in the communications arena and seek to use good practice form other organisations
- Maintain and manage the library of marketing material
- Ensure reports of results from consultations and surveys are published and promoted
- Help plan and prepare staff briefings

**The person**
- A graduate within marketing, communications, or digital discipline
- An understanding of the principles of effective communication
- Copy writing experience
- Experience in utilising social media and all digital formats to promote the organisation and engage stakeholders
- Ability to tailor written or oral communication to suit the needs of the media, situation and audience
- Creative
- Clear, concise, and unambiguous written and verbal communication
- Able to interact at all levels
- Positive and committed approach
- Hard working
- Self-motivated and flexible

**Hourly rate**

£10-£13.30 per hour

**Location**

Office is located close to Ikea (hybrid working)

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Part-time
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.30 per hour
