Butchers Assistant

We are Pershore’s premier putchers and delicatessen. We are a family run business, that provides great service and great food There is a huge variety of products to choose from on both our butchery and deli. We don’t do catering and although the business does have a wholesale side, we are looking for someone to work on the block and front of house in the retail part of our business.

Our butchery hosts a variety of meats and cuts of meat that you can't get just anywhere anymore. We have an outstanding bacon and sausage counter. All our sausage and burgers are our own made and we are of course home to the infamous Pershore Sausage.

We also work hard to retain and grow an interest in the classics; pigs and lambs’ liver, tripe, lambs’ hearts etc. we also make white pudding, caul fat wrapped faggots and stock chitterlings, a rarity these days

The deli holds a huge array of own cooked meats, pates, pork pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs and meals. Our cheese counter boasts over 70 cheeses to include local, continental and old-fashioned favourites. If we don’t have it, we will do our utmost to source it Last but not least our tantalising hot counter, serving fresh hot chickens, belly pork with crackling, southern fried chicken and gammon hocks as well as hot pork rolls and breakfast rolls.
