We are looking for motivated Community Care Assistants to work with us providing individuals with care in their own home within the Denbighshire area_**.**_

Hours are between: 7am - 2:30pm and 4pm - 10pm

We are looking for staff who:

- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or who are willing to work towards achieving this)
- Registered with Social Care Wales - Essential

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- To provide personal and practical care services for people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities;
- To assist individuals with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet where necessary;
- To help individuals with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence and help in use
- and care of aids and personal equipment.
- To help care for individuals who are end of life;
- To help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of individuals through talking to them, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreation;
- To read and write in log-book records and take part in staff and individuals meetings and in training activities as directed;

Hours: 20 HOURS PER WEEK (to include every other weekend)

**Salary**: £12.00 - £13.00per hour plus mileage

The ability to drive is essential for this role
