Pool Attendant

Lower Mill Spa are looking to employ positive individuals who will be required to perform duties as a Spa Pool Attendant and can perform these duties to the standards expected of a 5* Spa facility.
- Be available for immediate start.
- Be willing to work varied shifts that consist of weekdays, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
- Be flexible towards their shift pattern.
- Have a positive attitude
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Be effective in working as part of a well-motivated team.
- Have an open-minded and willing approach to the range tasks that might be asked of them to carry out.
- Be willing to co-operate and support all team members at the Spa and across the Estate.
- Have a full UK Drivers License
Typical day to day duties will include:
- Provision of safe and effective pool supervision of both swimming pools at the Spa, including regular checks of both other pools on the Estate.
- Supervising entry and exit points to the Spa or Swimming pool facility.
- Greeting guests upon their arrival at the facility.
- Monitoring a facility booking list and referring to this when guests arrive to use the facility.
- Carrying out pool water tests when required.
- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and surrounding areas at all times.
- Performing any tasks given to you by the Spa Management team to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Spa facility.
- Administrative duties and reception cover when required.
Successful applicants will be able to enjoy staff benefits such as the use of the Spa and Gym facility during opening hours in non-peak periods
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
