**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will involve managing reservations, greeting patrons, and providing support to ensure a seamless dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage but not mandatory.
