**Part-time Store Assistant**
- **ESSENTIAL: will be required to open and/or close store for the hours of 8-5. 1/3 Saturdays **_
- **Duties**:_
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service_
- Upsell additional products or services to customers_
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions_
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently_
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints_
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor/store environment_
- Guide prospects or current customers through the rental process, tour available spaces/amenities, identifying storage needs and providing solutions._
- Prepare rental agreements and maintaining files in a manner adherent to GDPR._
- Process vacates accurately and ensure great customer service to the last transaction._
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints (if not to be escalated to Store Management Team), questions, leases and enforcing rules/regulations with tenants to ensure auditable standards are met._
- Assist in marketing duties, including Social Media posts and interactions online._
- Keeping inventories for merchandise._
- Reporting/documenting emergencies and incidents._
- Overseeing/helping with daily inspection of facility, rental checks, maintenance and common areas._
- **Skills**:_
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members._
- Ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases._
- Reliable grasp of maths for accurately delivering quotations, offers and handling customer accounts queries._
- Accurate and compliant use of the relevant in house and external software systems used in store to manage our customer's journey, including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)_
- Strong phone etiquette for answering customer calls and providing information or assistance._
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory, restock reception, and maintain visual merchandising standards._
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals._
- Store Assistant £25,750 full time salary (pro-rated for part-time)_
- *Required to be driving/mobile between sites if necessary*_
