Certikin International is looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing Technical Sales Advisor to join our busy Liners & Covers Division to help deliver further growth. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centres.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers- Liaise with customers, relevant departments and any necessary third parties regarding product availability, delivery times & other relevant circumstances- Attending Trade Shows and Company led seminars (as and when required)- Deal with all technical queries referred by the Sales Order Processing department- Provide capacity for processing sales orders as demand dictates- Provide both written and verbal quotations where necessary for Liner & Cover products- When instructed, log in to telephone system to pick-up ‘over-flow’ inbound telephone calls from Sales Order Processing Department- Liaise with and to follow up leads from External Sale Executives, e.g. progress visit reports and correspondence- Promote product initiatives and assist in the promotion of designated lines**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:
- Previous experience of business-to-business sales/technical support- Account Management or previous sales experience- Technical skills/practical thinker with a strong sale focus- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills- Excellent time management and organisational skill- Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire.
- We are offering a salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 based on your level of knowledge and experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays which increases by 1 day for every 3 years service, up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme as well as free parking.
