To put it simply, we are revolutionising flexible working and we are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to play a crucial part in this **The role** As a Marketing Manager at Brookson, you'll be in charge of delivering ongoing marketing sales activity, planning and executing campaigns across all sales divisions within the company. You will collaborate with sales teams across the company to build on existingopportunities while also identifying new routes to market that deliver positive impacts to monthly revenue goals. You will be in charge of and lead a small team of marketing executives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager looking for a new position in which you can truly influence your job, others' jobs, and the marketing team's impact on the business as a whole. **Requirements**: You'll have had previous experience as a Marketing Manager, and you'll have worked closely with sales teams to develop an ongoing marketing-led strategy while being accountable for demonstrating the impact this has on sales targets. You'll have had priorexperience and responsibility for managing a staff. You'll have prior experience of using marketing automation to help create and engage a sales funnel to generate a pipeline of opportunities and will be experienced with Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot and generating reports in Google Analytics, Data Studio orcomparable reporting suites.
