Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a busy Supported Living Service.
We have some exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities within the Leyland area

This is a full-time position with opportunities for increments to salary for sleep ins and overtime, further development, progression, and opportunities to enrich peoples lives with new experiences like fun days out, football, music and more.
**Your main responsibilities as a Support Worker**:
As the Support Worker you will support the team leader in in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered. You will regularly complete risk assessments, keep records up to date with. You will be providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care, Provide emotional support for an individual and their families. In addition, Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication. You will Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
**Essential requirements for the role**:
- A Level 3 diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs and/or experience in mental health or youth work is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.
