**Role Purpose**:
To assist our Online and Retail operations. In these responsibilities, product care, attention to detail and accuracy are critical to ensuring that we give exceptional service to our clients.

**Duties**:

- Efficiently picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Conducts operations in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
- Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Ensures that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Repacks and weighs any orders that require such handling.
- Meets company standards for productivity.
- To work with management and all interfacing departments.
- To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company and health & safety policies.
- To maintain a professional and polite attitude at all times.
- To ensure the warehouse, including racking, is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure that all defects/damages are reported to the Warehouse Manager.
- Pays particular attention to making sure that contact details for customers and suppliers are correct.
- Ensures that packages are prepared and labelled to the customer's branding requirements.

**Essential Key Skills and experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred).
- Follows through on commitments and consistently meets deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
- Ability to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to recognise problems when they arise and to take action to resolve them.
- Due to the position being physically demanding, the ability to lift a minimum of
10kg is essential and you may be on your feet most of the day.
- Eagerness to learn and progress within a rapidly expanding company.
