We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join us as a Health Coach. You'll our customers with their health and wellbeing goals and through their recovery journey, delivering long-term positive solutions.You’ll support people to build personal resilience,improve lifestyle choices and build plans and activities to meet their health and wellbeing needs, with the aim to develop independence.
Our customers live in shared houses of up to 5 people across Exeter and Torbay. You’ll work with our team who help our customers to readjust after often significant time spent in hospital. We also help them to understand their own mental health and how to manageit as well as manage their own activities and education, cooking, healthy living, hopes and aspirations.
In this great job, you’ll also create nutrition plans for healthy eating, supporting customers at health check-ups, running workshops and organising activities. You’ll be supporting our customers to develop resilience and independent living skills. - Experience of working in a health care or a previous coaching job.
