**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a team player who is a problem solver and wants to be part of a growing team. We are looking for someone with a “can do “attitude and relentless to drive to achieve excellence.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition. From checking fire alarms to keeping the gardens and minor repairs completed in a quick manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within the hotel.

You will need to make sure that the upkeeping of all areas are clean and tidy. All tasks need to be carried out in a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety legislations. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will take responsibility for the management and performance of the department.

- As Maintenance Team Member you will have experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance.
