Graduate ERP Implementer

An IT services consultancy that implements ERP systems to 1000s of manufacturing organisations across the world, is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their team as an ERP implementer.
You will have ideally graduated from an IT or Business-related degree and have an interest in software for businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
You will gain practical knowledge within the industry and develop skills within design, development, review, testing and support stages of the implementation cycle. You will work with SQL and the priority database platform and gain exposure to core businessanalytic functions.
You will learn key business principles such as production, MRP, CRM, financials, inventory and WMS. Design and document configuration to clients’ needs and requirements and also ensure that they are kept updated with the process. You will undertake analysisand investigate any issues/ behaviours that arise ahead of release to clients. You will coordinate, deliver and deploy implementation and production releases.
Skills/education:
- Ability to quickly understand business and system processes with customers
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise when needed
- Able to work under pressure and able to solve problems when they arise
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Suite is essential
- Any experience working in a support desk environment is desirable
- Any knowledge of SQL, Coding/development and network skills are desirable
