Calling all Experienced Call Centre Agents... Are you looking for your next call centre role? Monday-Friday? No Late nights or weekends? Great at negotiating purchases with customers? We are looking for a small team of people who have the following attributes - Great at talking and negotiating - Can relate to a more mature customer - Finds speaking on the phone easy and interested in people You will be working within a professional and friendly call centre, answering, and making calls to customers who have either expressed an interest in our services or customers who have a need for one of our products. You will be speaking on the phone to mature customers and talking through 2 of our most popular products. Imagine having a chair or bed that helps you sleep peacefully during the night due to its adjustable and reclining motions that can be moulded to your individual preference, or a piece of furniture that is quite simply delivers "active Comfort" We spend a third of our life in bed - hence its so important to have the right one for you Your role with us will firstly be to test our beds and chairs on site and feel the acute differences from yours at home - then be able to talk through the luxury and benefits of the products our customers. To deliver your role effectively and be successful we ask that you: - Talk through what you have learnt about the beds or the chair - Inform the customer of the features whilst bringing to life the benefits you have experienced yourself in training - Book appointments for our sales demonstrator to visit the customer at home and illustrate how the products works This role is Temp - Perm. We are looking to invest in your career and provide you with excellent training, nurturing team members and an environment that you will want to excel in. Our team is friendly and welcoming. Everyone's purpose is to book appointments and allow our experiences sales team to do the rest.
