**About the Client**:
Hey My name is Shelby and I am 25 and use an electric wheelchair and ventilator 24/7.

I am a social media content creator to have an active lifestyle filming content and traveling to different cities for work/events. Due to this, you would need to help me with the physical aspects of filming and be comfortable driving a WAV. On days when I am relaxing or staying at home, it would be your job to do domestic tasks around my home such as cleaning, washing, cooking etc. Due to my disability, you would need to be comfortable with doing my personal care. Must be willing to travel to Leeds, Middleton.

**Type of person I'm looking for**:

- Driver must be able to drive manual WAV
- Quick learner
- Someone who listens and can follow instructions
- Someone fun

Full training will be available

**_ We have an exciting opportunity to work with a young lady as a PA / Support Worker._**

**_You need to be 21 or over and able to drive the clients manual WAV_**

**Skills and personal characteristics needed to be a PA/Carer are**:

- Caring and kind with a desire to make a difference in clients’ lives.
- Cheerful and friendly.
- Willing to be hands-on with clients at all times while following their care plan.
- Willing to do personal care tasks
- Administering medication.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to work in a team but also use their own initiative.
- Willing to adapt to ongoing training as client’s practice and needs may change.
- Are you positive, friendly and outgoing?
- Do you have a common interest in fashion, socialising, all social media platforms, travel

Shifts: 08:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 21:00

If the client is travelling and will be away overnight, the PA will to travel too.
