Customer Order Configuration Specialist

**Location**:Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BH
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, (8:30am - 5:00pm)
**Salary**: Negotiable (Dependent upon experience)
**The role **
The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is configuration of VoIP based handsets remotely from our office at Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast.
The role will entail making contact with the customer to understand their setup requirements, plan and action the configuration of handsets (mixture of Yealink/Polycom devices) and network build, across several VOIP suppliers.
A proven technical background, preferably in Telecoms would be an advantage however **full training will be provided and experience is not required.**
**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Configuration of VoIP (Cloud based Hosted Handsets) across several suppliers and networks. This will include Yealink and Polycom handsets.
- Completion of call flow guides (customer setup requirements)
- Excellent Customer Service skills & background required as you will be in close contact with customers to run through VOIP configuration needs which will differ per client.
- Ensuring customers are consistently updated throughout their order/installation journey.
- Strong emphasis on customer contact, configuration work and updating all internal CRM systems in line with KPI Metrics.

- Liaising directly with our engineers and if required providing assistance against their configuration work-load.
- Ability to prioritise work load, with good organisational, planning skills with an ability to self-prioritise
