Position: Catering Assistant

Location: Cafe Massarella, Market Square, Burnley

Rate of Pay: Up to £10.42 per hour

Hours: 8 hours per week, including weekends (no evenings)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and service according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment with Barista Skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
