Labourer (Nights)

**Westwood Recruitment** are currently on the lookout for a **Labourer** to join our client in Bredbury on a permanent basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide labouring assistance to maintain high standards of housekeeping within the company premises.

Hours of work will be 8:30pm till 7:00am Monday to Thursday, you will get a 33% shift premium on top of your wage every hour.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Remove scrap material from machines and segregate it appropriately to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure adherence to company housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following company health and safety policies.
- Ensure the site maintains a presentable appearance for visitor tours.
- Pack parts in a timely manner for hauliers, ensuring efficient loading.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable about raw material specifications.
- Adaptability and flexibility in work approach.
- Housekeeping standards are monitored through regular workplace inspections.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in driving FLT (Forklift Truck), operating overhead crane, and side loader.
- Awareness of the hazards associated with moving machinery.
