**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Salary**:25k +3k car allowance. This role will involve daily travel visiting sites across the North-West.

**Location**: Access to our Head Office in Salford with most work completed in the field and the ability to work from home as appropriate

**The Role** -We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive with loads of creativity and energy to develop, create, plan and execute quality video and photo content for our corporate and our individual pub social media platforms across our business. Managing social media channels for 18 premium food pubs plus corporate channels. Create inspiring content plans suitable for our various pub category audiences on various channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter / Generate social media content which is creative and relevant to build both our corporate and employer brand as well as enhancing our pubs’ reputations, engage with our existing customers whilst actively seeking new audiences with the ultimate aim of driving online bookings and pub visits.Capture raw images and transform them into relevant and engaging video contentContribute with content ideas as part of the overall marketing plan to drive awareness and call to actionCoordinate Social Media messaging with the wider Marketing Department to ensure consistency of message, branding and timelinesBuild relationships with social media influencers and local content creatorsTake ownership of scheduling with a well-balanced annual content plan across all platforms whilst meeting the marketing strategyMonthly Social Media analysis, demonstrating a measurable ROI - such as increased web traffic, increased bookings, improved engagement

**The Person** -Ideally but not essentially, we’d like someone who also has some wider hospitality experience. To be the best in this role, we believe you should: Be socially confident and diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills; Have excellent attention to detail; Exceptional writing skills which bring socials to life and clarity to our plans; Have great judgement and a strong moral compass; Have excellent administration and organisational skills; Be able to prioritise effectively and excellent time management skills; Be able to work independently and as part of a team; Be flexible as some requirement for out of hours and weekend work may be required from time to time ( planned).
