**Overview**

This is an amazing opportunity for you to join a global business, who in the last 8 months have almost doubled their headcount to 340

You’ll be joining a FinTech business, who are a modern software company at heart. They’re aiming to win the war on clunky, outdated supply chain processes which can’t keep up to consumer demands (resulting in client disputes).

**Responsibilities**
- Own your portfolio of customers, circa £2million in ARR
- Ensure a smooth renewal transition
- Expand client accounts through upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Maintain a high client health score
- Responsible for a team of 3-4 graduate implementation analysts
- You’ll build and maintain a strong client relationship, to increase product adoption and a smooth product integration
- Have a strong track record managing a book of customers. This includes managing renewals, building relationships, a growth mindset and technical acumen
- Be a collaborative leader, clear communicator who’s approachable and supportive
- Have a passion for software, helping your customers and a desire to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS business
