**Introduction**

An exciting opportunity to join TfW as an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across the organisation, as part of the Finance, Governance & Corporate Services directorate with day-to-day admin tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the business.

**Role responsibilities**

You’ll be responsible for co-ordination of operational management meetings for Transport Planning & Development including facilitation of the meeting, minute taking and managing attendees to ensure the events are both organised and productive. Provide general administrative support, co-ordinating meetings and any other administrative task as required to support the delivery of an effective service.

You'll provide secretariat duties for formal meetings involving Transport Planning & Development with Welsh Government, local authorities, other relevant stakeholders to ensure meetings and agreed follow up activities are captured accurately to highlight the appropriate actions, and other areas across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for supporting the production and co-ordination of Transport Planning & Development presentations for wider TfW audience, organising the presentation and facilitating the sessions to ensure TfW employees are kept informed of relevant directorate activities.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Experience of using a range of Microsoft Office software and proficient and accurate in data entry.
- Demonstrable time management, organisational skills and good attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Darparu cefnogaeth weinyddol gyffredinol, cydlynu cyfarfodydd ac unrhyw dasgau gweinyddol eraill yn ôl yr angen i gefnogi’r gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaeth effeithiol.

Byddwch yn darparu dyletswyddau ysgrifenyddiaeth ar gyfer cyfarfodydd ffurfiol sy’n cynnwys Cynllunio a Datblygu Trafnidiaeth gyda Llywodraeth Cymru, awdurdodau lleol a rhanddeiliaid perthnasol eraill i sicrhau bod cyfarfodydd a gweithgareddau dilynol y cytunwyd arnynt yn cael eu cofnodi’n gywir i dynnu sylw at y camau gweithredu priodol, a meysydd eraill ar draws y sefydliad.

Byddwch yn gyfrifol am gefnogi’r gwaith o gynhyrchu a chydlynu cyflwyniadau Cynllunio a Datblygu Trafnidiaeth ar gyfer cynulleidfa ehangach TrC, trefnu’r cyflwyniad a hwyluso’r sesiynau i sicrhau bod gweithwyr TrC yn cael gwybod am weithgareddau perthnasol y gyf
