We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver/Sales assistant to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving and providing excellent customer service. When you are back from a delivery run or if there are not any deliveries to do, you will be required to help answer telephones and take orders. We are a friendly family business and we all have to muck in and help out in different areas.

- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' locations
- Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle
- Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Answer incoming calls when in the office and take orders/messages.

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Experience in call answering
- Excellent knowledge of motor parts and the motor trade
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to drive vans
- Physical stamina for lifting and loading/unloading of goods
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations is a plus

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- Motor Trade: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
