**About the role**

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Workshop Controller to join our team at Reading Audi.

As a Sytner Workshop Controller, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our Front of House Team and the workshop.You will inform and consult on vehicle progress to the Front Of House Team so they can keep the customerup to date at every stage whilst offering Technical support also and ensuring the Workshop runs at optimum productivity, whilst making sure workshop quality meets all Sytner and Brand standards. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first,you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Workshop Controllers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demandingenvironment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
