**Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid - 50% of week in Office)**

We are looking for a meticulous and organised Procurement Assistant to join the Haven team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring legal compliance and smooth supplier onboarding. You will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining supplier records, conducting due diligence, and supporting the procurement process across our business. **Your Opportunity**:

- Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate records of our supplier pool, including contracts, insurance documents, and certifications.
- Conduct due diligence checks (e.g., AML, PEP, credit worthiness) for new supplier submissions, identification checks and assist with compliance reporting
- Coordinate supplier account changes, including name updates or legal entity status through our procurement system (COUPA).
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date, including supplier contracts and externally facing documents.
- Support IT troubleshooting of supplier accounts in collaboration with product teams.
- Assist with the Master Compliance Report for regular reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.

**What We’d Like You to Bring**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of good onboarding practices, due diligence, and compliance.
- Experience in procurement, supplier management or compliance would be highly advantageous, as would familiarity with P2P platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and legal.
