- Help the team keep the kitchen clean and tidy, ready for service.
- Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored correctly
- Cleaning food preparation equipment, floors, other kitchen tools and areas
- Disposing of rubbish
- Basic food preparation

- This is a busy kitchen team that requires good communication and teamwork. It is essential that you can work well in a busy environment.
- Understand the importance of health and safety and food safety with relevant certification whilst ensuring compliance is a priority
- Understand the importance of the role
- Be an excellent communicator with team members
- Have training around COSSH, H&S, and understand the importance.
