**PAY RATES**:

- **£12.25 p/hr (Mon-Fri)**:

- **£15.00 p/hr (Weekends)**:

- **£19.00 p/hr (Bank Holidays)**:

- **Paid Weekly**:

**BENEFITS**:

- **Standby** - Hold your availability on the day for a short notice shift, if you don’t receive a shift, we will pay you £50.
- **Extra Hour** - Full mileage and an extra hour of pay for short notice shifts.
- **Quick Pay** - Work today, get paid tomorrow for short notice shifts.

**Ocean Healthcare** is the **first-choice** nursing agency for most care establishments in and around **Barnstaple**. As a result, if you join us, you can choose to work lots of hours and earn lots of money, or just pick up a few shifts at times that suit you. You can do plenty of hours one week and none the next if you choose. It's up to you.

You need to be an enthusiastic HCA, communicate well, and honour your availability. You control everything from an easy-to-use app on your smartphone.

You will be offered shifts in various locations within and around **Barnstaple **including care homes, hospices, supported living settings and hospitals.
