As Bar and Events Supervisor, you will be responsible to run successfully any type of event (weddings, celebrations, corporate). To name a few of your responsibilities, you will help your manager with stock takes, weekly ordering, keeping he store room and bar tidy. Help set up reception drinks and running the day to day bar when it’s is open during live events.

As bar & events supervisor your responsibilities will including the following;
- Have previous 3 years minimum Bar Experience (essential)
- Hold a Personal License (desirable)
- Have experience of EPOS or equivalent (essential)
- 2 years of event management (essential)
- Deliver all events to brief & instruction
- Manage full Barn itinerary including glassware
- Stock management & Management of all NON-CON
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Upsell at all opportunities to maximise bar sales
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all beverage regulations
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and spotless
- Have experience in leading bar and events teams in supervisor capacity
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment
- Hands on and roll sleeves up attitude
- Be highly motivated and ambitious
- Have a passion for events
- This role requires you to work at weekends - we will however, endeavour to give you 1 weekend a month off especially during low season.

Must have a driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

- Epos or Similar system: 2 years (required)
- Stock take: 1 year (preferred)
- Wedding and events ops management: 1 year (preferred)
