Dental Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, willing and organised individual to become a Dental Receptionist.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that need to be shown throughout the interview process. A confident, focused individual who is eager to put the work in and go above and beyond. Being a team player is a must.

Duties include:

- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all clinicians
- Book the patients’ appointments as directed by the clinicians
- Deal with third party referrals and organisations

Qualifications:

- 1+ years experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or within a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Ability to create organized filing system
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Experience with R4 is an advantage but not essential

Meets National Minimum Wage based on age

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
