We are looking for a confident and highly organised administrator to join our busy Student Experience Team, supporting the delivery of our MBChB Programme (the undergraduate medical course). Specifically, you will provide support to three specific areas of the MBChB Programme:

- NHS Bursaries and Travel and Dual Accommodation Expenses (TDAE) claims
¿ School¿s Academic Advisor (AA) scheme
¿ Student Progress, including support for Progress Panels, Progression Review, Health and Conduct Panels, Fitness to Practise Panels and Faculty Progress Committees.

You will be a member of and will contribute to the Student Experience Team, all of whom are involved in supporting the learning and teaching interests of the School of Medicine and working to provide the best possible student experience.

About the Role

The role also includes providing annual leave cover for other team members. As such, annual leave should be planned and requested in advance, in conjunction with the team annual leave calendar to ensure that cover can be provided as required.

Key Requirements
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and providing a high level of administration support to student or other customers, as well as experience of minute taking and other committee servicing duties. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure in a challenging environment, excellent IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Office), is essential. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
