**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver a range of stores related tasks, including good in/out, accounting, handling, processing and administration of the Supply Chain account for all Stores ranges, such as Defence Accommodation Stores, Tri-service Clothing, Bedding and General Naval Stores.
- undertaking training for new requirements as they occur including after actions as determined by Stores Manager and Supervisor
- Undertake other tasks as determined by the Mitie Line Manager including emerging requirements as the business need evolves. This could include support/cover for other Mitie personnel within the Dartmouth and South West area (supported by Company T&S payments where applicable)

- Confident with good professional ability and a demonstrable track record of delivering quality storekeeping and administration support
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Responsive to Company and customer requirements, pro-active and versatile with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Ability to operate effectively with integrity at all levels, coupled with good written and numerical skills
- Good organisational skills and experience of working to key deadlines
- Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to accommodate changing requirements and priorities
- Good customer facing skills ability to develop close working relationships

**Desirable**:

- Driving Licence, Forklift truck/Counter balance.
- Previous experience within a tri service accounting business area.
- Previous experience working in/with/for the UK military

**Additional Information**
- SC security clearance required (UK citizenship/residency and right to work criteria apply)
- Requirement to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) during core hours and flexibly when required
- Requirement to wear approved Company work wear
- Occasional local travel will be required
- Undertake training for the Management of Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) database
