You will be joining the Investment Bank (IB) Data Office which is accountable for managing and driving strategic data to support control, regulation, cost, and efficiency within the business. The scope is continuously evolving, having matured in data asset governance to putting strategic data at the core of the IB platform, processes, and controls.

By partnering with various Technology and Strats teams, the IB Data Office helps to drive automation and simplification, achieve regulatory compliance, improve the control environment through prevention and to materially reduce cost through efficiencies.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the IB data book of work spanning strategic data publication, controls, and tooling, partnering with the business, Chief Data Office, and consumers
- Drive the Run the Bank data operating model for the Investment Bank, remediation of data quality issues and maintenance of Management Board level Key Performance Indicators
- Challenge data strategies across the Bank to identify further areas for optimisation and opportunities to achieve tangible business outcomes
- Act as key liaison point for the IB Data Office including management and prioritisation of regulatory requests and Chief Data Office priorities
- Responsible for partnering with the Chief Data Office to drive process efficiency and transparency of the data landscape through tooling and automation

**Your skills and experience**
- Holistic understanding of the front-to-back process and technology landscape within an Investment Bank
- Excellent Excel and business analysis experience
- Experience in process reengineering and development of data management tooling would be an advantage
- Efficient in multi-tasking under pressure with ability to deliver multiple competing business demands on-time, to a high standard
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills up to senior management, including Managing Directors
