If you have customer service experience and you're seeking an exciting career move, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. Webhelp is looking for Customer Experience Advisors to join our inclusive team in Sheffield. This is a full-time role that comes with a favourable salary and OTE of up to £27,300. You will also receive a generous joining bonus of £1,000.

As our Customer Experience Advisor, you will be representing our client Avantia who provide home insurance directly to online consumers and through our contact centre. Avantia is the number one brand in complex home insurance in the UK and are a fast-paced business, their vision is to deliver the world’s most intelligent property insurance.

To give you an idea of how this Customer Experience Advisor job would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Delivering first contact resolution, solving customer queries efficiently and effectively with each interaction
- Supporting customers in renewing their policies
- Building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues across all business areas
- Proactively identifying improvements in the customer journey
- Explore opportunities to sell and retain customer products and earn incentives

To succeed, you should have experience of working in a contact centre environment together with an understanding of working within a regulated environment and possess good technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will also need:

- To be passionate about delivering excellence for the customer
- To be able to work successfully with targets and service levels
- Good administration, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and adaptability
- Be able to identify process improvements

In return, you will earn an attractive salary up to £20,500, including your joining bonus, OTE earnings up to £27,300 and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
