Job Overview

Duties
- Lead a small team of room staff
- Plan and implement engaging activities for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the room
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Manage daily operations of the nursery room
- Focus on developing high quality services

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.21 per hour
