**Longsands Academy** has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Supervisor to join their team

Hiring out our facilities here at Longsands Academy enables us to both support our local community and generate additional income for the school. The role of Lettings Supervisor is vital to enable our weekend lettings commitments to be fulfilled.

Providing an essential service at weekends only, you will be responsible for unlocking the relevant areas of the site to allow entry to the customers. You will be on call for the duration of the lettings to assist with any emergencies that may arise andwill be responsible for securing the relevant areas of the site at the end of the day.

The hours of work will generally be 9/9.30 am to 5.30/6pm on Saturday and 9/9.30am to 3pm Sunday. Whilst lettings are underway you will be expected to carry out some aspects of site maintenance as directed by the Site Manager

**As ourLettings Supervisor**, **you will**:

- Undertake locking and unlocking duties;
- Provide access for Lettings and Community use including extra-curricular activities as required by the Leadership Team and the Site Manager
- Ensure facilities provide a fully operational and safe environment for lettings

**We are looking for individuals who have**:

- Good understanding of Health & Safety awareness and procedures
- Knowledge of setting up various equipment - sporting, performance, training
- organisational and able to manage time and resources
