**Head of Finance**
Leeds based with travel

Working for a growing group of companies, this role will work as a Head of Finance (number 1 in finance) for a leading division within the group.

The role of Head of Finance is commercially focused and required someone to be a strong finance business partner. Key duties include:

- Responsible for the day to day management accounting processes
- Ensure the monthly group reporting procedures and deadlines are achieved to a high standard.
- Ensuring integration of divisional companies onto the group's financial report
- Develop and implement clear and documented accounting processes and controls - including the development of an accounting policies document
- Manage the day to day banking and cash management requirements of the group including
- Payment management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Business partnering with key divisional management to ensure forecasting accuracy, timely budget preparation and capex investments needs are maintained and controlled.
- Support in Ad hoc financial projects as and when required
- Key point of contact and day to day management of the divisional audit as well as accounting & tax compliance.
- Management of divisional finance team (3 direct reports) at multiple sites.

Base salary is £55k + £5k car allowance and further benefits.

Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 at home (Leeds based office).
